Lamb Saj

A fresh twist on the traditional ‘lahme bel ajeen’, the Lamb Saj is cooked with a secret blend of spices using organic lamb, chilli and fresh herbs. Topped with kashkawan cheese.

Cocktail Saj (v)

A sumptuous combination of za’atar and cheese saj, the flavour-rich Cocktail Saj takes its name from Beirut’s street food culture. Add fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, mint and olives.

 
 

Za'atar Saj (v)

Za’atar or ‘thyme’ in Arabic, is the Levant's most authentic aromatic spice, mixed with sumac, sesame seeds and delicately combined with olive oil. The Za’atar Saj is commonly eaten for breakfast or as a comfort food after a night out. Add fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, mint and olives.

Cheese Saj (v)

The Cheese Saj combines a delightful blend of melted halloumi and kashkawan cheese, sprinkled with ‘seeds of blessing’, also known as nigella seeds. Add fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, mint and olives.
